Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 10 July 2026

These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through Arvelle Living at arvelleliving.store. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

By placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

1. About Us

Arvelle Living is a trading name of Global Flow Goods Limited, a company registered in England and Wales.

Company name: Global Flow Goods Limited
Company number: 16363166
Registered office: 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ
Website: arvelleliving.store

2. Our Products

We sell outdoor living products including outdoor furniture, fire and heating products, pergolas and shade products, outdoor wellness products, planters, greenery and accessories.

We take reasonable care to ensure product descriptions, specifications, dimensions, photographs and other information displayed on our website are accurate.

Colours and finishes may appear slightly different depending on screen settings, lighting and natural variations in materials. Where dimensions or site requirements are particularly important, customers should check the product information carefully before ordering and contact us if clarification is required.

Product availability is subject to change.

3. Prices

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP).

The total price payable, including applicable delivery charges and taxes where relevant, will be shown before an order is placed.

We may change prices at any time, but this will not affect an order that we have already accepted.

If we discover an obvious pricing or product-information error after an order has been submitted, we will contact you before proceeding and may give you the option to continue at the correct price or cancel the order for a full refund.

4. Placing an Order

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your order.

You will receive an order acknowledgement by email. This confirms that we have received your order but does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where a product is unavailable, there has been an obvious pricing or description error, payment cannot be authorised, or we cannot deliver to the requested location.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, you will receive a refund for the cancelled item or order.

5. Payment

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.

Orders will not be processed until the required payment has been successfully authorised.

Payment services may be provided by third-party payment providers. We do not receive or store your complete payment-card details where payment is processed securely by those providers.

6. Delivery

Delivery availability, estimated timescales and any applicable charges will be displayed on the website, product page or communicated to you before your order is completed where applicable.

Some larger or specialist products may require scheduled delivery, kerbside delivery, specialist handling, installation or other arrangements. Where applicable, these requirements will be explained in the relevant product information or communicated to you.

You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and for ensuring appropriate access to the delivery location.

Unless we agree a different delivery period with you, goods will be delivered within the timeframe required by applicable consumer law.

Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guaranteed dates unless we expressly agree a specific delivery date with you.

Please see our Delivery Information page for further information.

7. Your Right to Cancel

For most products purchased online, consumers have a legal right to change their mind and cancel the contract within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason. Certain statutory exceptions may apply.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must clearly inform us of your decision within the applicable cancellation period.

Where an order contains multiple goods delivered separately, the cancellation period may run from receipt of the last applicable item as provided by law.

Certain goods may be excluded from the statutory cancellation right, including some goods made to a customer’s specifications or clearly personalised. Where an exception applies to a product, we will make this clear where required before purchase.

Our Returns & Refunds Policy provides further information about cancellations, returns and applicable return costs.

Nothing in this section affects your rights where goods are faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise fail to conform to the contract.

8. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and your statutory consumer rights.

Where you exercise a statutory cancellation right, any responsibility for return costs will be explained in accordance with applicable law. For products that cannot normally be returned by post, information about return arrangements and costs will be provided where required.

Please contact us before arranging the return of large, heavy or specialist products.

9. Faulty or Incorrect Products

Products supplied by us must meet the standards required by applicable UK consumer law, including being of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose where applicable and as described.

If you believe your product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or not as described, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible with your order details and relevant photographs or information where appropriate.

We will assess the issue and provide the appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory rights.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes rights provided to consumers by law.

10. Warranties & Aftercare

Certain products may be supplied with a manufacturer’s warranty or other product-specific warranty.

The duration and conditions of any warranty may vary between manufacturers and products. Where applicable, details will be provided with the product or made available to you.

A manufacturer’s warranty is additional to, and does not replace, your statutory consumer rights.

Please see our Warranty & Aftercare page for further information.

11. Installation and Specialist Products

Certain products, including some pergolas, outdoor wellness products or other large items, may require professional installation or preparation of the delivery site.

Where installation is included or required, relevant information will be provided with the product or communicated before fulfilment.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the intended location is suitable for the product and that any measurements, access requirements, foundations, electrical supplies, water connections, planning requirements or other site preparations specified for the product have been addressed.

Nothing in this section limits our responsibility where installation forms part of our contract with you and is not carried out with the standard required by law.

12. Our Responsibility to You

We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful.

In particular, nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or restricts liability that cannot legally be excluded, including your statutory rights relating to faulty goods or goods that are not as described.

We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed, subject always to rights and liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

13. Events Outside Our Reasonable Control

There may occasionally be circumstances outside our reasonable control that affect fulfilment or delivery.

If this occurs, we will take reasonable steps to minimise the impact and will contact you where your order is materially affected.

Nothing in this section removes any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

14. Website Information

We may update our website, product range and these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

Changes to these Terms & Conditions will not retrospectively alter the terms applying to an order already accepted unless required by law or agreed with you.

15. Privacy

We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Please review our Privacy Policy for information about how personal information is collected, used and protected.

16. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and contracts between you and us are governed by the applicable laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.

If you live elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you may also benefit from mandatory rights and may be entitled to bring proceedings in the courts applicable to where you live.

17. Contact Us

If you have a question about an order, product or these Terms & Conditions, please contact Arvelle Living through the contact details provided on our website.
